Last updated: 28.09.2026

1. Introduction

Use of au-goldenroo.com (the “Website”) and any services related or connected to it is governed by the provisions in this document and the documents referenced below (the “Terms”). The Website and its associated services are referred to together as the “Service”.

These Terms establish a binding agreement between the Company and you, our customer (the “Customer”). Read them carefully to understand your rights and duties. By visiting or using the Website and/or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms and any amendments published from time to time. This acceptance applies whether you participate as a guest or through a registered account (“Account”). If you do not agree, you must refrain from accessing the Service or using the Website.

The owner of the Service is Tusitier LTD, a limited liability company registered in the Marshall Islands with company number 137952 and registered address at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands MH96960 (the “Company”). Its licence in the State of Anjouan is issued under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, Licence No. ALSI 202505043-FI2.

2. General Terms

Amendments to this document and any documents referred to or linked below may be made at any time. You should check this page periodically to remain familiar with the Terms and Conditions. Revised provisions take effect and become binding immediately when published on the Website. An objection to a revision requires you to discontinue use of the Service straight away. Further use of the Website after publication signifies agreement to the changes. Any wager still awaiting settlement when new Terms become effective remains subject to the previous Terms.

3. Your Obligations

Throughout your use of the Service and access to the Website, you acknowledge and agree that:

3.1. You are over 18 or have attained the age at which your applicable law or jurisdiction permits gambling or gaming. Documentary evidence of age may be required at any time.

3.2. You possess the legal capacity necessary to enter into an enforceable agreement with us. Access and participation are prohibited if you do not have that capacity.

3.3. Gambling is allowed in your jurisdiction of residence. You do not live in a country that prohibits its residents, or any person within that country, from accessing online gambling. Determining whether your participation is lawful is your sole responsibility.

3.4. A VPN, proxy, or comparable technology or service must not be used to disguise or manipulate identification of your real location.

3.5. You have authorisation to use the payment method through which you transact.

3.6. You will make payments honestly and in good faith, without seeking to reverse them or causing another party to do so.

3.7. Some or all of the funds deposited with the Service may be lost through betting under these Terms. Any resulting loss is entirely yours to bear.

3.8. You will not rely on information acquired in breach of legislation effective in the country where you were located when submitting the bet.

3.9. You participate for yourself as a private individual, in a personal capacity. You do not represent another party or participate for commercial purposes.

3.10. You will not seek to manipulate a market or any other element of the Service in bad faith or in a way that harms our integrity or the integrity of the Service.

3.11. Your dealings with the Company and the Service, including every wager, will always be conducted in good faith.

3.12. Neither you nor, where applicable, your employees, employers, agents, or family members are enrolled as Affiliates in our Affiliate programme.

4. Restricted Use

4.1. Access to or use of the Service is forbidden in the following circumstances and for the following activities:

4.1.1. Where you are under 18 or below the applicable legal age of majority, lack the ability to make a legally binding agreement with us, or act as an agent or otherwise for someone under 18 or below that applicable age of majority.

4.1.2. Where you are resident in a country that prohibits access to online gambling by residents or by people present within its territory.

4.1.3. Where you reside in, or connect to the Website from, a Restricted Country or jurisdiction listed here:

  • Austria;
  • France and its territories;
  • Germany;
  • the Netherlands and its territories;
  • Spain;
  • the Union of Comoros;
  • the United Kingdom;
  • the USA and its territories;
  • all FATF-blacklisted countries;
  • any additional jurisdiction deemed prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority.

4.1.4. Collecting another Customer’s nickname, email address, and/or other information through any means, including spam, unsolicited email of another kind, or unauthorised framing of or links to the Service.

4.1.5. Disrupting, improperly influencing, or otherwise unduly affecting another Customer’s activities or the Service’s general operation.

4.1.6. Promoting unsolicited commercial advertising, affiliate links, or other forms of solicitation. We can remove these materials without notice.

4.1.7. Acting in a way we reasonably regard as an effort to (i) cheat the Service or another Customer, or (ii) collude with another Customer to obtain a dishonest advantage.

4.1.8. Scraping our odds or violating any Intellectual Property Rights belonging to us.

4.1.9. Engaging in any unlawful activity whatsoever.

4.2. Selling or transferring your Account to a third party is forbidden, as is acquiring another player’s account from a third party.

4.3. Funds cannot be transferred between player accounts by any means.

4.4. Use for an unauthorised purpose can result in immediate termination of your Account upon written notice. We may also pursue legal action where the circumstances warrant it.

4.5. Employees of the Company, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional or other agencies, media partners, contractors, and retailers, and the immediate family members of each, are NOT allowed to play for real money without prior consent from the Company’s Director or CEO. Discovery of this activity leads to immediate closure of the account or accounts involved and loss of all bonuses and winnings.

5. Registration

The following registration provisions apply whenever you use the Service:

5.1. The Company can decline a registration application from any person at its sole discretion. No explanation of the particular reason is required.

5.2. You must personally submit the completed registration form and read and accept the Terms before using the Service. Verification may be required before betting or withdrawing winnings. This can involve checks and the submission of valid identification and other documents we consider necessary. Required evidence can include, without limitation, a copy of a passport, driving licence, or national identity card bearing your photograph, and a recent utility bill with your name and address to establish residence. We may stop wagering or restrict Account features until the information is supplied. These procedures follow applicable gaming regulations and anti-money laundering law. You must additionally deposit funds using an option listed in the Website’s payment section.

5.3. Supply correct contact information, including a valid email address (the “Registered Email Address”), and maintain its accuracy by updating your Account whenever necessary. Failure to keep it current can mean that you do not receive important Account communications, including changes to these Terms. The Registered Email Address is how we identify and contact our Customers. You must maintain an active, unique email account, provide its correct address, and inform us of any changes. Its security against third-party use is wholly your responsibility. The Company is not liable for damage or losses considered or alleged to result from correspondence with you through that address. If your address is unreachable, the Account will be suspended until you supply one we can contact. Deliberately providing false or inaccurate personal details will cause immediate Account suspension upon written notice. In appropriate circumstances, we may also take legal action and/or contact relevant authorities, which may take action of their own.

5.4. Registration is limited to one Account. Multiple Accounts registered with us are subject to immediate closure. This includes registrations made through representatives, family members, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons, or third parties operating for you.

5.5. To assess financial worthiness and confirm identity, we may require additional personal details, such as your name and surname, or obtain information from any third-party provider we deem necessary. We will advise you of any additional personal information acquired through outside sources.

5.6. Confidentiality of your password must be maintained. Where requested Account information has been correctly provided, we may assume that all resulting deposits, withdrawals, and bets are yours. We advise you to change the password periodically and never reveal it to anyone else. Any failure to safeguard it is at your sole risk and cost. You may sign out at the end of every session. Immediately tell us if you suspect misuse of your Account information, unauthorised entry into the Account, or discovery of your password by another person. A breach of your Registered Email Address must also be reported; further information or documentation may be needed to confirm your identity. On learning of such an incident, we will suspend the Account immediately. Until that point, you remain answerable for every Account action, including access by a third party whether authorised or not.

5.7. You may not send another Customer or any other party content or information from the Service through a screen capture or similar technique. Displaying such material in a frame or in any other presentation that differs from what a person would see by typing the Service URL into their browser is also prohibited.

5.8. On registration, all Website currencies become available for your deposits, withdrawals, and bets placed and matched within the Service under these Terms. A particular payment method may support only some currencies. In that event, the page will show the processing currency and make a conversion calculator available.

5.9. The sign-up page represents an invitation to treat only. We have no duty to create an Account, and the decision whether to do so belongs entirely to us. We need not explain a refusal.

5.10. Once an application has been received, we may ask for more information and/or documents to fulfil regulatory and legal requirements.

6. Your Account

6.1. An Account can operate with several currencies. Where this applies, the currency used in a transaction is the currency in which the relevant balances and transactions appear.

6.2. Participation in the Service is not financed by credit from us.

6.3. We can close or suspend your Account for a breach or reasonably suspected breach of these Terms, to maintain fair and honest operation of the Service, or for other reasonable grounds. It may not be possible to notify you beforehand. Closure or suspension for non-compliance may be accompanied by cancellation and/or voiding of wagers and withholding of money in the Account, including the deposited amount.

6.4. Any Account may be closed or suspended without prior notice and all funds returned. Obligations under the contract that have already matured will still be met.

6.5. Acceptance of any wager may be refused, restricted, cancelled, or limited whenever we choose and for any reason. This power includes bets considered fraudulent attempts to bypass our betting limits or system regulations.

6.6. An amount added to your Account in error continues to belong to the Company. When the mistake is found, you will be informed and the incorrect credit removed.

6.7. A negative Account balance, whatever its cause, creates a debt to us equal to the amount overdrawn.

6.8. Notify us of mistakes affecting your Account as soon as they come to your attention.

6.9. Wagering is for enjoyment and entertainment only. Stop when it is no longer enjoyable, and do not risk money you cannot afford to lose. If you feel you may have lost control of gambling, self-exclusion is available. Write to Customer Support from your Registered Email Address and state that you wish to SELF-EXCLUDE. Within 24 hours of receiving that request, we will implement it. Your Account will be disabled until further notice from you, preventing you from signing in.

6.10. Account ownership cannot be sold, pledged, or transferred to another person. This rule covers assets of any value, including winnings, deposits, wagers, ownership rights, and related claims or rights of a legal, commercial, or other kind. Without limitation, it prohibits encumbrance, pledging, assignment, usufruct, trading, brokerage, hypothecation, and gifts in any form, including arrangements involving a fiduciary, another third party, a company, a natural or legal person, a foundation, or an association.

6.11. If you want your Account closed, use the Website links to email Customer Support from your Registered Email Address.

7. Deposit of Funds

7.1. The account, payment system, or credit card used for a deposit must be registered in your name. Money deposited in another currency is converted at the daily exchange rate available from oanda.com or the prevailing rate applied by our bank or payment processor, after which the corresponding sum is credited. A payment system may charge additional currency conversion fees, which are deducted from the deposit.

7.2. Applicable deposit and withdrawal fees are described on the Website. In most cases, we absorb deposit transaction fees for your GoldenRoo Account. Any fees your bank charges you for depositing remain payable by you.

7.3. Card deposits are processed by external electronic payment processors because the Company is not a financial institution and does not process them directly. For either a credit or debit card deposit, the Account is credited only after approval and an authorisation code arrive from the issuing institution. No authorisation means no credit of those funds.

7.4. All charges and payments owed to the Company or payment providers for Service use must be paid in full. You must not initiate a charge-back, renounce or cancel a deposit, or otherwise reverse it. If this happens, you must repay and compensate us for the unpaid deposit and the costs of collecting it. Winnings made using charged-back funds will be forfeited. You acknowledge that your player Account is not a bank account: no deposit, banking, or similar insurance system guarantees, insures, or otherwise protects its funds in any jurisdiction, including your local jurisdiction. Account funds earn no interest.

7.5. Using a bonus code during a deposit to accept a promotion or bonus binds you to the Terms of Bonuses and the specific conditions of the offer.

7.6. Deposits must not come from criminal, illegal, and/or unauthorised activities.

7.7. We recommend retaining the Transaction Records and these Terms when depositing with a credit card.

7.8. Internet gambling may be prohibited by the laws where you are situated. In that case, payment-card deposits on this Website are not authorised. Knowing the rules concerning online gambling in your country of domicile is your duty.

8. Withdrawal of Funds

8.1. Cleared funds in your player Account that have not been used can be withdrawn by making a request under our withdrawal conditions. The minimum per transaction is €10 or the equivalent in another currency. When closing your Account, you may withdraw the complete balance regardless of that minimum.

8.2. A deposit wagered at least 1 time qualifies for withdrawal without commission. If it has not been wagered once, we may impose an 8% anti-money laundering fee, with a minimum of €4 or its equivalent in the Account currency.

8.3. Identity confirmation before a withdrawal may involve photographic identification, evidence of address, a selfie, a verification call, or other checks. We also retain the right to verify identity at any time throughout your relationship with the Company.

8.4. Payment of withdrawals must be directed to the same debit card, credit card, bank account, or other method from which your Account was funded. We can authorise another withdrawal method at our sole discretion, but additional security checks are always required for such a change.

8.5. Where an Account is inaccessible, inactive, locked, or closed, withdrawal enquiries should be directed to Customer Service.

8.6. A balance of at least 10 times the total sum deposited is subject to a monthly withdrawal limit of €5,000 or the equivalent in another currency. Otherwise, the monthly maximum is €10,000.

8.7. Breaching the Restricted Use policy in Clauses 3.3 and 4 means that successful processing of a withdrawal or refund cannot be guaranteed.

9. Payment Transactions and Processors

9.1. Settlement of every sum owed to us is your responsibility. Act in good faith when paying, and do not attempt to reverse payment or cause a third party to reverse it to avoid a properly incurred liability. Charge-backs, payment denials, and reversals you make, and any losses they cause us, must be reimbursed. We may additionally impose an administration fee of €50 or its equivalent for each charge-back, denial, or reversal.

9.2. We can appoint electronic payment processors and/or merchant banks to handle your payments. Their conditions will bind you if they have been brought to your attention and do not contradict these Terms.

9.3. Website transactions may be reviewed to prevent money laundering and financing of terrorism. Any suspicious transaction will be reported to the relevant authority.

10. Errors

10.1. A failure or error in our systems or processes renders all bets void. Report any Service error immediately after discovering it. We are not liable to you or a third party for direct or indirect expenses, costs, claims, or losses caused by communication or system errors, bugs, viruses connected to the Service, and/or payments made because of a Service defect or mistake. We can void the games and bets concerned and take further action to correct the problem.

10.2. We make every effort to prevent errors in bookmaker lines. If a human mistake or system issue leads to acceptance of odds substantially different from those in the general market when the bet was submitted, or clearly wrong given the event’s likelihood at that time, we may void or cancel the wager. We also reserve the right to cancel or void bets placed after an event has started.

10.3. Overpayments can be recovered from you and Account entries adjusted to correct errors, such as an incorrect price or an event result entered wrongly. If your balance is insufficient, we can demand the remaining amount owed in respect of erroneous bets or wagers. We may consequently cancel, reduce, or remove pending plays regardless of whether the money used for them came from the error.

11. Rules of Play, Refunds and Cancellations

11.1. The settlement date determines the recognised winner of an event. We do not recognise protested or overturned decisions for wagering purposes.

11.2. Once a published result has stood for 72 hours, it is final and enquiries will no longer be accepted. Within that initial 72-hour period, only a human error, system error, or mistake in the referenced results source can justify resetting or correcting the result.

11.3. Where the match’s governing body overturns an outcome for any reason within the payout period, all money will be returned.

11.4. If the market offers a draw and the game finishes drawn, bets on a team to win or lose are lost. Without an offered draw selection, a drawn match results in refunds to everyone. Extra time, where played, counts when no draw selection was available.

11.5. We may invalidate and refund wagers if the event result cannot be established. This can occur when a broadcast feed fails and another source cannot confirm the outcome.

11.6. Stake minimums and maximums for every event are at our discretion and may change without prior written notice. Account-specific limits may also be changed.

11.7. Each Customer is fully responsible for transactions in their Account. No alteration is possible after a transaction is complete. Missing or duplicate wagers caused by a Customer are not our responsibility, and we will not entertain discrepancy requests concerning an omitted or repeated play. Review of the My Account section after each session allows Customers to check that all requested bets were accepted.

11.8. A matchup remains valid for betting if both teams are correct, even if it appears beneath a different League heading on the Website.

11.9. The dates and times displayed for eSport events are indicative only, without a guarantee of accuracy. A suspended or postponed match that does not resume within 72 hours of the actual scheduled start is treated as having no action and its wagers are refunded. A bet on a team or player advancing in a tournament or winning it is an exception and remains valid regardless of the suspended or postponed match.

11.10. When an event date is displayed incorrectly, wagers stand for the date announced by the relevant governing body.

11.11. A team’s decision to use stand-ins does not affect the validity of its result.

11.12. Any event, market, or other product may be withdrawn from the Website by the Company.

11.13. Further explanation is provided on the separate SPORTS BETTING RULES page.

12. Communications and Notices

12.1. Send communications and notices to us under these Terms using the Customer Support form provided on the Website.

12.2. Except where another provision specifies otherwise, we will communicate notices by posting them on the Website and/or sending them to the relevant Customer’s Registered Email Address recorded in our system. We choose the communication method at our sole and exclusive discretion.

12.3. Notices and correspondence sent by either party under the Terms must be in writing and in English. They must be sent to and from the Registered Email Address associated with the Account.

12.4. From time to time, emails may be sent to you with betting information, unique promotions, or other material from au-goldenroo.com. Agreement to these Terms during registration constitutes agreement to receive those messages. You can withdraw from promotional communications whenever you wish by requesting this through Customer Support.

13. Matters Beyond Our Control

Failure or delay in providing the Service does not make us liable when caused by Force Majeure reasonably considered beyond our control despite reasonable preventative action. Such circumstances include an act of God, a labour or trade dispute, interruption of electricity, an act, omission, or failure by a government or authority, disrupted or failed telecommunications, or any other third-party failure or delay. We are not liable for the loss or damage you may experience as a result. Suspension or cancellation of the Service in these circumstances may occur without liability.

14. Liability

14.1. WITHIN THE LIMITS OF APPLICABLE LAW, NO COMPENSATION WILL BE PAID FOR REASONABLY FORESEEABLE DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS OR DAMAGE YOU SUFFER THROUGH OUR FAILURE TO PERFORM THESE TERMS, EXCEPT WHERE WE BREACH A LEGAL DUTY, INCLUDING WHERE OUR NEGLIGENCE RESULTS IN DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY. IN THAT CASE, LIABILITY DOES NOT ARISE IF THE FAILURE IS CAUSED BY: (I) YOUR FAULT; (II) A THIRD PARTY UNCONNECTED TO OUR PERFORMANCE, FOR EXAMPLE PROBLEMS WITH COMMUNICATION NETWORK PERFORMANCE, CONGESTION, CONNECTIVITY, OR YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT; OR (III) CIRCUMSTANCES WHICH NEITHER WE NOR OUR SUPPLIERS COULD FORESEE OR PREVENT DESPITE REASONABLE CARE. THIS IS A CONSUMER SERVICE, AND WE HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR BUSINESS LOSSES OF ANY DESCRIPTION.

14.2. IF LIABILITY IS FOUND AGAINST US FOR AN EVENT UNDER THESE TERMS, THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT PAYABLE TO YOU UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THEM SHALL BE NO GREATER THAN THE LOWER OF (A) THE VALUE OF BETS AND/OR WAGERS PLACED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT CONCERNING THE PARTICULAR BET, WAGER, OR PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) EUR €500 IN TOTAL.

14.3. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND (I) CHECKING BEFORE USE THAT YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT IS SUITABLE FOR AND COMPATIBLE WITH THE SERVICE, AND (II) TAKING REASONABLE MEASURES AGAINST HARMFUL PROGRAMS OR DEVICES, INCLUDING INSTALLATION OF ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE.

15. Gambling by Those Under Age

15.1. Suspected or reported underage participation will result in your Account being locked to prevent additional wagers and withdrawals. This applies if you are currently under 18 or were under 18 or below the applicable age of majority when placing Service bets. We will investigate, including whether you wagered as an agent or otherwise for an underage person. If we find that (a) you are currently underage; (b) you were below 18 or the age of majority applicable to you at the relevant time; or (c) you bet on behalf of, or at the request of, someone below 18 or the applicable age of majority:

  • Winnings in the Account or due to be credited will all be retained.
  • Winnings earned through the Service while underage must be repaid upon demand. Non-compliance will result in our seeking all costs of recovery; and/or
  • Deposits other than winnings will be returned OR held until you reach 18, at our sole discretion. Transaction fees may be deducted from any returned amount, including deposit fees for your account previously covered by us.

15.2. These conditions also apply if you are over 18 but place wagers in a jurisdiction requiring a higher legal age and have not reached it.

15.3. If we believe this Clause has been breached or is being invoked for a fraudulent purpose, we may undertake any necessary investigation, including informing the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

16. Fraud

The Company will seek criminal and contractual sanctions against anyone involved in fraud, dishonesty, or criminal acts. Suspicion of such behaviour will lead to withholding payments to that Customer. The Customer must indemnify us and pay, when demanded, every charge, cost, and loss arising directly or indirectly from the fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct. This includes direct, indirect, and consequential losses, lost profits, lost business, and harm to reputation.

17. Intellectual Property

17.1. Legal action may follow any use of our name or logo without authorisation.

17.2. In the relationship between you and the Company, rights to our odds, the Service, technology, software, and business systems (the “Systems”) belong solely to us. You must not make commercial gains from your personal profile, such as by selling your status update to an advertiser. A nickname chosen for the Account may be removed or reclaimed whenever we consider that appropriate.

17.3. Our URL, trademarks, trade names, trade dress, and logos (“Marks”), and/or our odds, cannot be used in connection with products or services not belonging to us, in ways likely to confuse Customers or the public, or in any way that disparages us.

17.4. Unless expressly granted by these Terms, no express or implied right, licence, title, or interest in the Marks or Systems passes to you from us or our licensors. We and our licensors specifically retain those entitlements. You agree not to monitor or copy pages or content from the Service with a manual or automatic device. Unauthorised copying or use may be pursued through legal action.

18. Your License

18.1. Subject to your observance of these Terms, you receive a limited licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. It is non-exclusive, cannot be transferred, and carries no sublicensing right. The licence ceases when the agreement under these Terms ends.

18.2. Other than your own content, nothing in the Service, its content, or its software may be modified, published, transmitted, transferred, sold, reproduced, uploaded, posted, distributed, performed, displayed, used to create derivative works, or otherwise exploited without express permission in these Terms or on the Website. Information or content made available on or in connection with the Service must not be altered, combined with other data, or published in any form. Screen scraping, database scraping, and any other means of collecting, storing, reorganising, or manipulating that material are included in this restriction.

18.3. A violation of this Clause may simultaneously breach intellectual property or other proprietary rights held by us or third parties, leading to potential civil liability and/or criminal prosecution.

19. Your Conduct and Safety

19.1. To safeguard all Customers, including you, we strictly prohibit content posted on the Service and behaviour related to that content and/or the Service that is unlawful, inappropriate, or undesirable in any way (“Prohibited Behaviour”).

19.2. We may immediately end your Account and/or access to or use of the Service without notice if you engage in Prohibited Behaviour or we determine at our sole discretion that you are doing so. Such behaviour may also lead to legal action by us, another Customer, third parties, and/or enforcement authorities.

19.3. Prohibited Behaviour encompasses, without limitation, use of or access to the Service for these activities:

  • Publishing or promoting information known by you to be untrue, misleading, or unlawful.
  • Carrying out unlawful or illegal acts, including supporting or advancing a criminal activity or enterprise, breaching another Customer’s or third party’s privacy or other rights, and making or distributing computer viruses.
  • Harming children or other minors in any way.
  • Sending or making available content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, lewd, violent, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, or objectionable on another basis.
  • Providing material you have no right to provide under legislation or a contractual or fiduciary relationship, including infringements of another party’s copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property and proprietary rights.
  • Distributing material containing a software virus or other computer or programming code, including HTML, designed to interrupt, destroy, or change the Service’s functionality or appearance, another website, or computer hardware or software.
  • Interfering with, disrupting, or reverse engineering the Service. Examples include intercepting, emulating, or rerouting our communication protocols; making or using cheats, mods, hacks, or other software designed to change the Service; and using software that intercepts or gathers information from or through it.
  • Extracting or indexing Service information with a robot, spider, or another automated mechanism.
  • Engaging in conduct that, in our sole and entirely unrestricted discretion, results or could result in another Customer being defrauded or scammed.
  • Sending unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or mass mailings, such as junk mail, instant messaging, “spim”, “spam”, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other solicitations.
  • Automatically registering Accounts or creating them through false or fraudulent pretences.
  • Impersonating a Customer or another party, or doing anything else we reasonably consider contrary to our business principles.

This is not a complete list and we can revise it at any time or from time to time. Investigations and any measures we deem necessary or appropriate may be undertaken at our sole discretion, including removal of Customer posts and/or Account closure. We can act, with or without notice, against a Customer or third party who directly or indirectly participates in Prohibited Behaviour or knowingly allows another party to participate directly or indirectly.

20. Links to Other Websites

For convenience, the Service may include links to external sites with which we have no relationship and which we neither maintain nor control. Their accuracy and completeness are not investigated, checked, or monitored by us. Providing a link does not represent endorsement of, or affiliation with, the site, its owners, or its material. We take no responsibility for, and have no control over, availability, accuracy, completeness, accessibility, or usefulness. We advise the usual precautions when visiting an unfamiliar website, including examination of its privacy policy and terms of use.

21. Complaints

21.1. Contact Customer Service through the Website links with concerns or questions about these Terms. Correspondence with us must use your Registered Email Address.

21.2. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, OUR RESPONSE TO A COMPLAINT RECEIVED, OR ACTION TAKEN IN CONNECTION WITH IT, CREATES NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY.

21.3. If a bet’s settlement is unsatisfactory to you, send Customer Service the details of your grievance. Reasonable efforts will be made to reply within a few days; in any event, we intend to respond to every such enquiry within 28 days after receipt.

21.4. Disputes must reach us within three (3) days from the date the wager concerned was decided. Later claims will not be honoured. All Account transactions are solely the Customer’s responsibility.

21.5. Customer Service will attempt to agree a solution to any dispute between you and the Company. A matter that cannot be resolved by agreement at that stage will be referred to management.

21.6. If all efforts fail to achieve a resolution satisfactory to the Customer, the Customer is entitled to settlement through arbitration.

22. Assignment

Our advance written consent is needed before you can assign these Terms or any right or obligation arising under them. Consent will not be unreasonably refused. We can assign all or part of our rights and obligations without your consent to a third party able to deliver a substantially similar quality of service, by placing written notice of the assignment on the Service.

23. Severability

Should a competent authority determine that a provision is invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be revised to permit enforcement consistent with its original intention as fully as applicable law permits. This will not impair the validity or enforceability of the remaining Terms.

24. Breach of These Terms

If we reasonably conclude that you have breached a material provision, we may suspend or terminate your Account and refuse further Service without advance notice. These measures do not restrict any other remedy we hold. Prompt notification of the action will nevertheless be given to you.

25. General Provisions

25.1. Term of agreement. These Terms continue in full force while you access or use the Service or remain a Customer or visitor to the Website. Termination of the Account for any reason does not end their continuing effect.

25.2. Gender. Wording in the singular includes the plural and vice versa. Masculine wording includes feminine and neuter genders, and the converse applies. References to persons encompass individuals, partnerships, associations, trusts, unincorporated organisations, and corporations.

25.3. Waiver. A waiver of your actual or threatened breach, whether arising through our conduct or otherwise, cannot bind us or take effect against us without a written document duly signed by us. Unless that document says otherwise, the waiver relates only to the specific breach concerned. A decision not to enforce a term at any point does not waive it or our entitlement to enforce it at another time.

25.4. Acknowledgement. Further use of or access to the Service acknowledges that every paragraph of these Terms has been read, understood, and agreed to. You consequently waive irrevocably any subsequent argument, claim, demand, or proceeding inconsistent with anything contained here.

25.5. Language. Inconsistency between the English text and any other language version is resolved in favour of the English version, which is deemed correct.

25.6. Governing Law. Exclusive governance of these Terms rests with the law in force in the State of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.

25.7. Entire agreement. For access to and use of the Service, these Terms are the entire agreement between you and the Company. They supersede all preceding written or spoken agreements and communications on that subject.
